Privacy Policy

Klective (“Klective,” “we,” “us”) is provided by Lompus LLC. This policy explains what information Klective collects when a merchant installs it on their Shopify store, why, and how it’s handled.

Information we collect

When you install Klective, we access the following through Shopify’s Admin API, using only the permissions the app requests at install:

• Product and catalog data — product titles, handles, status, vendor, type, pricing, inventory levels, images, variants, and any product metafields you choose to make sortable. We mirror this into our own database so collection sorting and filtering can run quickly at scale, instead of querying Shopify’s API on every storefront page load.
• Collection data — which products belong to which collections, and your chosen sort/filter/merchandising settings for each.
• Sales data (aggregate only) — if enabled, the quantity of each product sold per day, used to compute a “bestseller” ranking. We do not access, process, or store customer names, emails, addresses, order IDs, or any other information about the people who placed those orders — only a per-product, per-day total.
• Shop and account information — your store’s domain, app installation date, and subscription/billing status with Shopify.

We do not collect information about your customers. We have no access to, and do not request, customer names, contact details, addresses, or payment information.

How we use this information

Solely to operate Klective’s features for your store: computing sort order, filtering out-of-stock or unpublished products, applying your merchandising rules, and displaying the results on your storefront. We do not use your data for advertising, do not build customer profiles, and do not use any third-party analytics or tracking services.

Sharing and third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. Your data is processed by our infrastructure and backup service providers solely to operate and secure the app on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations, and is never used by them for any other purpose.

Data retention and deletion

Your store’s data is retained for as long as Klective is installed. If you uninstall the app, we automatically and permanently delete all data associated with your store within 48 hours. You can also request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about your store, or request its deletion, at any time by contacting privacy@lomp.us. Because we do not collect data about your customers, customer-initiated data requests submitted through Shopify will be confirmed as holding no data.

Security

Data is stored on infrastructure we operate directly, with encrypted, automated backups. Access is limited to what’s necessary to operate the app.

Children’s privacy

Klective is a business tool intended for use by Shopify merchants and is not directed at, nor knowingly used to collect information from, children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify merchants directly.
